Founded in March 2023 by Eric Fagan, SquadUp Esports emerged from a passion for competitive gaming and a vision to create a community that strives for excellence. Based in Norfolk, Virginia, SquadUp Esports was built on a simple yet powerful idea: "1 Squad." This principle represents unity, resilience, and the pursuit of greatness. As an organization, we aim to inspire and empower both our players and fans to push beyond limits and always strive for more.
